I’ve a little unsure on whether to post up this recipe. It’s such a simple and common recipe, I think everyone would know how to cook this dish. But then, why not right? It’s stillĀ a recipe, and it’s a good one too. This is one of the dishes that I make when I’m pressed for time. It’s so simple to make and only requires 2 ingredients – mince meat and eggs, and only 1 step!
300 grams mince meat
2 large eggs
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1. CombineĀ all ingredients and cook!

So simple, yet, such a yummy and satisfying dish

This is the dish my mum taught me, which i tried myself last year during my recovering period…but it would be nicer if you added finely chopped garlic into the meat…yummy yummy…my all time favorite mum’s dish…hehehe

chopped garlic? tell that to hubs….he’ll complain ‘i dun like garlics’….’why got garlic smell’….’garlic spoil the meat taste’…. -_-
